With over 20 years of experience, Ieliana Rivera Founded New Perspective Coaching & Consulting (NPC) following her passion for helping others become the best version of themselves. Ieliana has worked for various Global Fortune 500 Companies ranging from 5,000 up to 100,000 employees. She was inspired to launch NPC by several Entrepreneurs who she worked alongside in the ideation of their start-up companies.
